1 – Purpose

The acquisition of a property through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale.

DvED.Life™ reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.

2 – Characteristics of the proposed properties

The products sold are those listed in the catalog published on the DvED.Life™ website. These products are available for sale within the limits of available stocks & coaches. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3 – Rates

The prices in the catalog in Swiss francs including Swiss VAT taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. DvED.Life™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer. DvED.Life™ reserves the right not to deliver products whose prices are incorrect, but undertakes to inform its customers of a price difference and to offer alternative products or cancellation. DvED.Life™ can carry out sales or promotions on its catalog. These offers are only valid during the period of publication on the site and cannot be requested retroactively.

DvED.Life™ display prices and place orders in Swiss Francs. Any bank charges resulting from payment made by the Customer in another currency remain at his expense. All catalog prices include Swiss VAT fees as it is a local service. 

Purchase vouchers or discounts distributed on or via partner sites are only valid under the conditions set out in the offer. These purchase orders or discounts can only be used when ordering and must be used in the field provided for this purpose. Under no circumstances may a voucher or discount be applied retroactively.

4 – Orders and closing of the sale

The Customer, who wishes to purchase a product on the DvED.Life™ website, must go through the various stages of the purchasing process (summary of the products chosen and placed in the basket, identification, choice of address and delivery method and choice of payment and settlement method under the conditions provided). The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided, and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. DvED.Life™ will communicate by e-mail the details of the recorded order.

The price of purchases made on the website www.dved.life is due at the time of ordering, without discount; payment is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal. 

DvED.Life™ does not have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted to STRIPE in a secure manner without DvED.life™ or third parties being able to access it.

5 – Coaching, Programs & Self-Study courses 

Courses, Programs & Coaching sessions are non-refundable or extendable. Coaching calls must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before; otherwise, they are charged fully. Missed or delayed calls from your side due to time exchange, technical issues, personal reasons, etc., are considered no-shows & can not be re-booked. 

Coaching can be booked up to 2 months after our official purchase date. All 1:1 coaching sessions expire after that date & are non-refundable. Direct message support last exactly 30-day and are non-refundable or extendable.

Self-Study courses due not include any coaching, content question/support or personalisation and sold as per product description.

DvED.life™ has the right to reject or determine program & coaching with any client at any point in time without explanation.

6 – Warranties and Liability

DvED.life™ has taken all necessary precautions to ensure both the reliability of information and secure access to its website www.dved.life.

However, DvED.life™ cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee the total absence of material errors, technical deficiencies or other unintended problems.

Similarly, no guarantee can be given as to the compatibility of the site with your particular needs and uses.

DvED.life™ cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever related to the use of its site, and disclaims any responsibility for the information contained in other sites that may be linked to its own by a hypertext link or any other means.

7 – Intellectual Property Rights

All data of any nature whatsoever, and in particular texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips, trademarks, software, appearing on the Site, are necessarily protected by copyright, trademark law and all other intellectual property rights.

DvED.life™, in its capacity as publisher of the Site, grants the User a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right of use of the said content.

The user undertakes in these conditions not to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or redistribute, without the prior express authorization of the publisher, any text, title, application, software, logo, logo, brand, information or illustration, for any purpose other than strictly private, which excludes any representation of redistribution. DvED.life™ has the right to revoke access to the DvED.life™ webpage to any client without refund in case the client shares content with third parties.

Similarly, the user undertakes not to copy all or part of the site onto another site or an internal company network. DvED.life™ shall not be held liable for any use made by users of the data accessible on the site.

You can unsubscribe at any time. DvED.life™ undertakes not to disclose your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
