Cancellation Policy
Upon booking the package, you will automatically schedule the initial call with us. Within 48 hours, you will receive a booking confirmation and the option to plan your upcoming four 30-minute sessions. You will also agree with us on the starting date of your 30-day program. Please note that calls must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged fully. Missed calls, for any reason, are considered no-shows and can not be re-booked. We can not guarantee your session will be prolonged in case of a late show. The self-study course is based on 30 days. Coaching can be rescheduled up to 2 months after your official purchase date if you fall behind or need more time. However, the 1:1 coaching sessions expire after that date and are non-refundable. Direct message support lasts 30 days, starting on the same day as the self-study course and ending on the last day. There is no option to pause or prolong the self-study course or the direct messages (in case you booked them). Respond time is a maximum of 24 hours, and there can be a maximum of 5 paragraph questions per day. We have the right to stop the DM service at any point without a reason and will reimburse you pro rata. Your success is our priority. While we can not guarantee specific goals or treat medical conditions, we are dedicated to helping you succeed. The journey may extend beyond the initial 30 days for clients with ambitious goals. However, by the end of this period, you will possess the tools and knowledge to continue your transformation. Additional coaching sessions are available for those who have completed their course in full. We reserve the right to decline clients who may not be a suitable fit for our program. In such cases, we will provide a full refund, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction.
